    new engine 3 weeks old broken, fixable?

    I just bought the lionel great western set for my kids. it was working then stopped, smoke came out, and now only goes slowly one direction. The smoke is from the larger transistors on the circuit board. I even replaced the two that seemed almost melted together, but they heat up too. and...
