    What trains did you run today?

    Mantua 2-8-2 with DCC, Sound, Keep Alive and can motor. Moving to train shed, passed up by Kato RS-2 consist.

    9-pin or 21 pin? If you replaced a 9-pin with a 9 pin, then the new decoder is bad. Make sure the GREEN and BROWN wires are cut off, not used, or connected correctly

    My poor track laying causing derailments, any fix?

    Cut and remove 6" of one of the tracks. Cut a new section to exact length and put it in. More fun than fixing 1/4 inch...
