I have expanded my layout and need 2 more DS64's to control 6 more Kato turnouts. I'm told by Digitrax that I can mix the newer DS74 with these, but would prefer not to. If you have 1 or more of these for sale please send me a PM.

using these along with DS64s shouldn't be a problem at all. They don't need to be working together. Sorta like having a couple different brands of turnouts on your layout.
yeah, I have quite a few of the DS64s my layout.
Reading the specs of the DS74, they will work just the same.
