hello all, am attempting in the near future to paint a 3 car set of bilevels plus and E8 for the WSOR. currently have decals I hope can be used but the packaging does not give specifics about the correct colors to use for the paint scheme. I'm hopeing someone here knows the correct colors and if any company sells them at this time.

I know of no company that sell paint made specifically for the WSOR. From pictures, it appears the Floquil Chinese Red and Platinum Mist would be close for the freight engines. I have no idea if the E unit and passenger cars are in another color scheme. It helps if you post links to pictures when asking about color schemes for regional railroads.
I don't think anyone makes a specific color to match. WSOR's quite friendly, try emailing them. Maybe you can at least get a close color idea from them.
Based strictly on photos, NYC Pacemaker Red looks pretty close. I agree with Jim that Platinum Mist would be good for the silver-gray.
