Hey everyone. I like to point out when a company stands behind their products and makes things right.
I ordered a bottle of Woodland Scenics Water Waves CW4516 from Lombard Hobbies. I had watched some videos before ordering, and whenever someone was using it, it looked like it had the viscosity approaching cake frosting and had the ability to create "rapids" for your water feature, in this case, a river.
Well, this bottle was more like thick-ish paint. I could pour the liquid very easily, and it would rapidly flow flat when applied.
I contacted WS via their customer service page on their website and received a phone call from them shortly later the same day.
The gentleman on the phone asked a few questions, and told me they would send a replacement bottle in a couple of days.
Received the replacement bottle yesterday, and it is as originally expected.
So kudos to Woodland Scenics!
