Okay, so several months ago I saw diesels with this paint scheme that I did not recognize. As the yard is near I-480 and I-71 in Cleveland area there is no way to really stop and look at what they might be...

Last week I drove past the same place in the morning, saw the locos, so had my camera ready to snap a picture or two while driving. (not proud, but I did it)

You can only see the greenish and gray (at cab end) at the top of the locos as the rolling stock obstruct the view of the entire unit.

Does anyone know what this paint scheme is and/or represents (company/region)???????
Thanks,
Chuck

I was going to guess Oakway units but I lke Marks answer better!
So... why would they haul them as loads and not just tow the units?

the units going to brazil are narrow gauge so they ship the units on flat cars and the trucks on separate flats.

I just read in a magazine that Vale Mining in Brazil is getting some new SD80MAC units. So that might be what you saw there.
