A year later I apply decals to my custom painted bombardier bilevels painted in PRR livery.

Feline to Athearn ratio,

Windows are in a ziploc bag to be installed at a later date. I have to mask off the ends of each car so I can paint the door sides again. I forgot to do the doors themselves. I had mistakenly masked off the rubber bumpers and covered the doors. This time im just going to keep it solid tuscan w/o the stripe. I might add the tiger stripe's to the cab car though. Not 100% sure on that.

Very nice! I've been planing to model #4434, which I shot long ago in Essex CA. The lighting sucks, but:

Much better photo of mine, showing the fade on some of these units.

The interesting part about units 4433 and 4434 is that they didn't fade so much to light orange or yellow but more of a greenish-orange. My first photo that I had showed 4433 looking a lot more green than anything. Here is the photo:

maybe these units where a try with a new color brand ? of this one wasnt UV proof

That reminds me of what would happen when MKT was using the red paint on their motive power. It would fade to an embarrassingly bright hot pink.

That happened to my cousin's plastic trike back when we were kids. Needless to say the other kids gave him the business but good for that one. I can only imagine what the crews on those locos got.
