V&AL

Fred's Loco Shop Foreman
I've got a Bachmann Plus Car repair shops building that has a warped base. I tried leaving it under a heavy box on a flat surface to straighten it out (I even had a stern discussion with it, but it still refused to straighten up.)

any suggestions? the kit floor has grooves for the rail, and I don't have a permanent base for it yet, so gluing the building to the base wouldn't work right now.

You can also try soaking it in some hot water and see if that lets you manipulate it back into shape. The base is usually just warped in one direction so I've cut the base at the warp and then glued it back so it's square. Even if you have to do this several times, some weathering will cover the joints.
