They are thirty bucks on all of the websites but noone has them in Pennsylvania colors. Anyone no where I can find one and are they worth the hunt? Will it run on an 18 inch radius thanks

I'm confused. You probably could't find any C-415's in a Pennsy paint scheme because they never owned any. I'm pretty sure the PRR never owned any SDP-35's either. Are you sure you didn't get an SD-35? The Pennsy did have some of those.
