Under Construction Industrial Building.

MikeGTW has given me an idea for one a structure I would like to have on my layout. I'm looking for a half built Industrial building kit. I have thought about doing a scratch build, but at the moment, it's beyond my expertise, does anyone have any ideas where I might find something suitable, I've trawled through the usual suspects, but nothing seems to fit what I'm looking for, so any help would be appreciated.
