I've had this railroad "lamp" for the longest time and I can't seem to find what type it is and I'm not sure what era it may be from. Any sort of help would be appreciated! Thanks fellas - Jeff

those type have been around since the 90's if not earlier. Newer ones are LED and the older have regular bulbs.

I forgot to mention that the top reads "STARLITE 222" and "Manufactured by the Star Headlight and Lantern Co." so it must be. I'd like to get a battery for it (6 volt?) and the right light bulbes to get it working again.

were abouts in ohio are you? Are the bulbs screw in or the newer style bulb if they are the newer style I can send you a few bulbs for nothin!!

Canal Fulton. They are the screw in type bulbs so I figured maybe I could find the right ones a Lowes or Home Depot, maybe even Menards.
