I will try to attend the show this weekend.
The last train show I could not attend because family issues.
Hopefully I will be able to tell about my experience, attending my first train show.

I used to go to the Greenburg shows over a decade ago, but it seems they just gravitated quite a bit towards the dolls, toy train sets and R/C stuff. Not much in the train modeler catagories.

Ok thanks,....I'm hoping they might have some actual train dealers there.

I don't get out very much, so I hope to make the best of this outing.

Again thanks at least I'll know what to expect when I walk through the doors.

I went to the YouTube channel on my Smart TV (which isn't so smart) to look at Greenberg's train and toy shows. .... Anyways I'm glad I did.

They did show quite a bit of train stuff and a lot of train dealers.

I did make it to the train show at timonium. My younger brother went with me also.

There was not a whole lot of train vendors, but there was enough to keep us interested. We took our time and spent about an hour and a half walking around and looking at all the different things they had to offer.

So I did wind up buying a couple of HO engines, and some cars that interested me.

I cannot enjoy or work with these engines and cars at this time, because my wife confiscated them until Christmas.

I used to keep a stash of Athearn Blue Box cars that I wasn't ready to put on the layout, and give them to my wife to wrap; instead of giving her the most recent purchases that I wanted to operate. They were mostly freight cars with duplicate numbers that I hadn't had time to change yet.

Congratulations and Merry Christmas!

Thank you for sharing them with us.
