Please suggest which throw works better. I bought couple of Caboose Industries Ground Throw #202S CAB202S.

Work better for what? The sprung ground throws you bought work fine for Atlas and other brands of switches with unsprung points. You wouldn't want to use them with Peco switches, since they are already sprung.
