Retooled Bach Boxcar

That was a nice page you devoted to the new tooling boxcar. I have the old version and (sad to admit) like the "funky" style with the big flanges. I guess it has more to do with the size of On30 in general for me, as I prefer the size of O scale trains and like bigger wheelsets. The stock boxcars had a real "toy train" feel to them, I guess it was kind of a nostalgia thing.
But the fact that they lowered the car a little bit is really good. The DRG and C&S lines had "bottomed-out" boxcars and so many modelers have taken the stock old versions and lowered them. I however, don't like the super-duper low-rider effects, but I understand its necessary for prototype especially in Colorado.
