I have a Bachmann steam engine with factory installed sound but I need some help making it work. Here is a link to a page I made describing the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is a 4-8-4 split frame engine. The board is a noise suppression device to suppress the RF interference the DC motor gives off and stops it from coming through the sound system. The 2 brass "shoes" on the board touch each side of the frame and is attached in between the bottom frame and the top frame.
BUT, Bachmann sent you an upgraded drive. So your right this board wont fit the new drive. Did you tell them that this was a sound equipped loco? They may have a different drive for the sound equipped loco. I would contact Bachmann and tell them of your problem.
