Hey I'm new to this forum. I am a proto-freelanced modeler My railroad is based on an EL-D&H merger under N&W owner ship the spun off as a Conrail competitor. I called it the Great Lakes and New England Railway or GLNE for short. 90% of the rolling stock has been custom painted and detailed by southern tier models works or thoroughbred railroad models. Decals are from highball graphics

Kato SD40 painted in a bicentennial paint but back in its normal number

Welcome to the forum. I like your pictures so far. All I can say is, isn't it amazing how a certain backdrop can make models look real? Then others are pegged for a model immediately. I hope you enjoy your stay around here!

the back drop is not mine sadly I am planning on building a soft box with a nice back drop so i can take some better photos of my models

Very nice work on those models as well as the photos. Welcome aboard and glad to have you. Do you have a first name we can use? Irongrave sounds...well...kind of morbid.
