He is a lilac point Siamese, which is a lot like a blue point, but with softer markings.

Not really a pet, but I love finding these insects in my yard. At first they fear you, but they soon warm up to you once they realize you haven't tried to harm it. Really amazing and interesting critters.

This was last Fall. She had already laid her cocoon right on one of our screens on the back porch, and is ready to live the last few days of her life. This year's brood probably hatched a few weeks ago. These things are like a couple millimeters long when they hatch.

Sorry for the visuals... This is Winston. We adopted him in March 2020, right before we all went on lock-down. We had lost our first Mini Aussie a couple years earlier, and thought "what a great time to train a puppy!"

This little guy came from the same breeder as our first, but they are polar opposites in personality.

Our first Mini Aussie was very mellow. Not Winston. He's a little jerk, but he's so cute he gets away with it (and truth be told I like his orneriness).

Here are many pics of Winston in his favorite place:

I'm glad I'm not the only one that has to be supervised on the crap basket lol

My two Minis. How they started out. How they look now. And the most MISABLE day of their lives. They had just come back from the Vet after being given the snip.

This is my rescue dog Echo. She's six years old and is a German Shepherd mixed with Bernese Mountain dog and a few drops of Lab. A gentle dog with kids and other dogs and women but is very protective of her things and where she lives. Loves to ride in my truck and enjoys visiting stores that will allow her in. She always hangs out wherever I am working in the house at the computer or in the train room. When she gets tired of that she jumps up on my bed and takes a nap. She also naps in her bed by the TV and loves to watch TV especially when there are other animals showing.
