Hello there, newbie to the group here, I recently purchased some property in the Mercer, Pa area and there are some areas left that you can tell were a railroad right-of-way was and talking with some of the people in the area I found some areas where you can certainly tell where track once was. One of the local guys told me that the tracks down in my area were from the Shenango and New Castle R.R. I have not found out much about it..Are there any sites available that could tell me something about it or possibly what rail lines could of been here? Thank you for your help
