Hello: I was wondering if you experts have any idea of the value of the train shown in the photo. Comes with rebuilt engine, 5 cars, tracks, transformer and such. I want it to go to someone who appreciates it! Thanks in advance.

First off, I am by no means a Lionel Standard Guage Prewar expert. But I believe you have a true gem on your hands.

In addition, to the set you have two freight cars. I have no idea what they are or their value.
