Can anyone tell me how I can figure out what length my snoot nose SD40T-2 is? Its an old BB unit. I want to get the cannon and co. safety tread kit for it, but cannon's site lists 2 kits for the long nose. 116 and 123". I have no idea which mine is.
Can you measure it and multiply by 87.1?
The old Blue Box units are 116, I think, but do not quote me on that one.
no scale ruler. i just did a measure and got about and inch and a quarter, multiply that by 87.1 and i got just over 108"
ok i did a remeasure and got about 1 3/8'' times that by 87.1 and i got just over 119''. I guess it is safe to saw it would be the 116'' nose.
Yes, the Athern BB snoots were based on the SP prototype, which had 116" noses.
