Ever seen an 'Anti Virus' for Linux? Don't believe there is such a thing, if so, I suspect that they are not in business for long.

Linux is as vulnerable to vulnerabilities as other operating systems. Most of its use is as a server so they deal with them differently than MS does and its billions of unwashed masses using it.

You know all those hacked websites that disclose millions of people's credit cards and stuff you read about all the time. Most of those run on Linux and suffered from some sort of malware attack.

Go look up the recent "log4j" vulnerability. That is mostly a Linux thing. Linux malware probably costs the world/industry/society a heck of a lot more than Windows malware does because if Joe Blow's windows machine gets hacked, his loss is his loss. If a big ecommerce system gets hacked, millions of dollars in losses could be incurred.

Go look at cve.mitre.org / www.cve.org . This tracks vulnerabilities.

Ah your right the daughter my bad,and Bollywood I love Bollywood films, singing dancing comedy/love stories they so make you smile and wanna dance, I don’t mind woman leads I embrace them we are as good as guys any day of the week,I hate stealing established roles especially when they are not as good as the original I just end up thinking you spoilt this is in oh so many ways. I did love Sarah Jane spin off though.
Married to a South African Indian, I've spent many hours watching Bollywood movies. Used to take my wife to work in Durban, got some strange looks as we would sing along to various Bollywood songs (Kuch Kuch was my favourite) in the car, Indian woman, 2 mixed kids, our maids kid, plus a white guy, think we caused a few accidents on the way.

Good morning,

Here we go again.....

Not sure I like the price tag, but you get what you pay for.

Here we go again.....

And you don't even get the boxes.

Morning fellers. Back to work today. Installed Kadee couplers on the three hoppers I put together yesterday. Now to add on some metal wheels and they are service ready. The new set I purchased have the awful athearn couplers. I am not a fan of those. I'd rather run bachmann ez mate couplers than athearn couplers. So I'll throw in an order for couplers and wheels. That's all I have for now. I'll stop by later when I get a chance.

Well, howdy there, internet cafe people, and those still using Wordperfect.

It's Troy again.

Time to get a cup of coffee (hold the dragon bacon), then I have to get crackin on the latest book. 10K words are yet to go, and it's due on Friday for the editor. So I'm not going to waste too many of my productive finger twitches here today.

I'll leave it to Jazz to write a novel-length post or two (just hit the return in there occasionally), and to Christian to post another layout or two to keep you entertained in between computer battle stories and Willie's impending post full of little train people.

(I'll check in between the writing in sprints)

Geezo criminey, tryin to scroll down the pages here and all these adds keep stalling the scroll. Do they really think that interupting someone's internet reading is a way to sell a product?
Marketing meeting for XXZY product. Hey boss, I have an idea how to get our adds in front of people. Have our programmers write the software so our add pops up on a persons screen when he's reading something else on line. Welll that's an excellent idea Billy. Everybody should just love to read about our cheap garbage instead of what they where looking for.
I don’t get adds pop up, they are between some entries but I scroll past happily, and someone pays for all our info to be stored.

Having been conned into watching cricket, too slow. Football, in my experience too cold, thank god for hot pies and soup.I prefer rugby, I have no idea who is winning I just like the butts, there used to be a great blond he ran like poetry in motion and would throw himself to the ground after running with the ball when they cheered I got it totally ……grins,
I'm a Cricket fan, but never ever watch a test match, most boring thing ever, try the IPL, 3 hrs of your life, admittedly, but I think you'd enjoy that.
