The Orioles Pitchers and catchers report to spring training on February 11. The rest will report February 16.
Play Ball!
Cardinals too!
OK night owls..........
I just got on my computer (not literally) and my log in screen has a lot of news items to choose from.
Seems some folks have translated Bad Bunnies song lyrics from the SB show. To say that the words are pure filth is an understatement. I read a bit of the beginning translation but after 6 or 8 lines I was out. Its like a B rated porno movie put to words.
And the translators said to make it worse, the spanish he used was some form of "Bastardized spanish" (their words) and they had to work to try and figure it out. They figured he twisted the words so that not just anyone could glean exactly what was being said due to the filth..
I'm sure you can find the translation on the web somewhere if you are so inclined. My curiosity got the best of me but I wish I didn't go there now.
I guess thats why they call him "bad" Bunny, just another loathsome degenerate in my book.......my opinion here, you can form your own.
I'll go check on delivery status of a couple of my orders now.
Take care....John
It doesn't work that way on a Mac.
Just don't set up iCloud. Just refuse every time they prompt you to do it.
I have to say, I really enjoyed watching Green Day perform live during the pre-game show,
I happened to be in the room when they performed. I must say that the lead singer must have worked hard all day to get his hair to stay like that!
I was watching someone else’s video today and I took a screenshot…
My Dad had this reefer on his layout about 60 years ago..

Ophthalmology went well. Didn't find anything major but he did see all the garbage in my right eye. Asteroid something or another. I now have a referral to an off-base retina specialist for another opinion and see if he recommends the jelly replacement. The problem with the jelly replacement is that 60% develop cataract within the first year. Then another surgery to replace the lense. We'll see...
Oh, he did dilate my eyes, but it is overcast today, so not so bad as yesterday. no close calls on the road today.
I now have a referral to an off-base retina specialist
I wish you well my friend.

I wish you well my friend.
Thanks! He did say that I have almost perfect vision and could be a fighter pilot today, but I'd probably make the next episode of Mayday Air Disaster! Been watching this as soon as it shows up on the Machina channel.
Every time I get my eyes dilated, it lasts for more than the two hours the doctor claims.

Good morning.
It's clear and 41.
Snarky Old Fart (in training)
Well howdy there internet peeps and those still wondering why Bad Bunny wore a jersey with "Ocasio" on it
It's Troy again,
(Hint: it's not political, it's his name: Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio)
Weather here in the fort is OK this week. Mid 40s for the high today. Above freezing (barely) highs for the rest of the work wee, then a warm up over the weekend.
I get to be on a podcast (recording tonight) about the game I'm playing and painting models for. The podcast is the big one for the game, and they wanted either new players, or players returning after a hiatus to interview.
Now I have to come up with a polite way of saying it was the obnoxious tourney players who drove me away from the game, and not call any out by name.
Sciatica is getting better sloooooooowly... managed to stay in bed to 5 am today. But the first hour up is still painful. A week and a half until we board the cruise. I'm trying to get it knocked down to tolerable before then. Not sure it will get there though.
Good morning all!
Warm up continues. Currently 36F with an expected high of 44F under mostly sunny skies.
Not much going on yet, Usual household chores today.
I made my first purchase of 2026 last night and since June of 2025. I purchased a bundle of ME code 83 rail. I have had the
Fast Tracks tools for making turnouts for a couple of years now and besides some PCB strips I have all the necessary supplies
to start building them. We will see if their as easy as the YT videos make them look.
Last basketball game of the season is tonight at home. Glad this will be over tonight, and since the decision was made by the daughter
to not do any spring school sports we will finally get a break. She still has travel volleyball club but practices are only 2 nights a week
and a 2 tournaments a month till April and then its done.
Have a safe day everyone!

Aaannnd we’re back to generating passkeys for everything on every Apple device. Which is locking my Windoze devices out, because MS vs AAPL.
One reason I don’t want them is because I’m getting them shoved down my throat. This is the same reason I turn off automatic headlights and wipers in my car. I don’t like my stuff doing things without me telling them to.

Resistance is futile, you will be assimilated.
Good morning gang!
20° under cloudy skies looking for a high today of, wait, wait, 39°!
Heading out soon to a cardiologist appointment it’s the six month check up for the ticker. Quick stop afterwards at the local card shop to take care of the needed cards for Valentine’s Day and the wife’s birthday. Then back to work.
I expect tonight I’ll be fidgeting with the three bridges and their abutments. I really don’t want to mess with the approach tracks until I’m 100% happy with the bridge placement.
Later gator
48°F at 0630 this morning and still warming. It never got out of the 40s yesterday in spite of the Magic 8-Ball guesses.
Laundry day today. Go pick up two scripts, and might run trains later.
Have a great Dienstag! Servus!
Morning all,
43° and clear, high later of 58°. Not the 76° it was yesterday, but with a normal temp of 43° for this date, we're still above average.
I'm the Dr's office waiting for them to start the local on my hand.
Check back later...
I wouldn't be quite that concerned unless it persists for more than one test. At least that's what my doctor has said. On the other hand, there's no need to run the dishwasher!
Willie the dishwasher and my trips to the grocery store. I researched this and they say it's great for you. I think it's like doing a computer reset. Clear out everything and start new. I was thinking about having one meal a week, but I just might do 30 days and clean all out of the fat and toxic chemicals I've acquired over the years. They do say you still have to do your walks etc. so your muscles don't deteriorate. I'm on my 4th day. Swal
