Thanks for the advice on the wire y'all. I think I'll try the solid wire for the lighting since it's all low voltage anyway, but use the stranded for all track power.

Modeling Update:


Painted the floor and walls cement gray. The floor is done, save oil spills and other grime, but that will come after the detail parts are installed. Walls will get another coat of a different color, but that will also come after the details arrive.



Put some aluminum around the window frames as well. May have to touch up before adding the glass in.

Sorry guys! I feel that I have insulted both of you.

I got called to go back to McWane today and I hurried my answers. We had some engine problems caused by a couple track glitches. We also found some track joiners causing electrical and mechanical stumbles on the large HO layout.

I took the Mack truck and nativity to put on the On30 layout. We found some more buildings in a box and added them to the layout. I wound up taking 31 pictures, but will only bore you with a few tonight.

Walk around with your aluminum ladder extended and hit your 220 service line and it over. I've came close to doing this myself but recalled the class I took way back when I worked in the construction trade.

Good evening, hope everyone is well, I have about 5 previous pages to read over, and just now realized that we relocate to a new room in about an hour or so. Been a bit under the weather since Sunday, although I'm feeling a lot better since I applied heat to my achy joints.and napped a lot. Chronic post-nasal discharge doesn't help either....

This is the last Coffee Shop of 2021. I think Flo got carried away with the pine scent air freshener, but it should wear off pretty quick.
