Reverse Loop and feeders With DCC

l'm new to this DCC stuff and cannot figure out do you still drop feeders and bus wires on the reverse loop sections or will the auto reverse unit take care of that? l'm using a NCE start up set and the reverse units are from DCC Specialties Auto Reverser-Breaker.

The unit will supply the power to the loop.

l know l have 2 loops in the plan, but could someone suggest where should the gaps be place in the rails?
