This is the Gizzy to Napier section of the railroad on the north island of New Zealand showing some fantastic trestles and crossings, stunning just about sum's it up

I guess they really where stubborn enough to just build through instead of around. That is very neat none the less something I would like to see in real life.

That it would, I would love too see the modeled. Make a great scene to bad you couldn't have the plains moving though

Anyone interested in New Zealand rails should buy a copy of "Off the Rails", a 12 part TV series that aired in New Zealand in 2005. I got a copy from Marbecks

Note that you need a DVD player that will play PAL encoded disks. It's region zero so at least you don't have to have a region-free DVD player.
