Hello All
What year did the Pennsylvania RR change their block signals to color?
We will be doing signaling at the club and are trying to determine if we should be using color (red, yellow, green) or all amber/white.

As far as I know the ones I've seen around Pittsburgh have always been red and amber. I don't think Conrail really bothered with changing them and CSX & Norfolk Southern don't seem to be in much of a hurry to either.
