Paragon2 Decoder reset button?

Where is the reset button? I have been having problems assigning an address to this SD40-2 and now it won't respond.

Resettinng these decoders is generally done by programming CV8 to 8 or whatever your manual says to do. I am aware of no "reset button" on the decoder itself, though I don't own any Paragon models. RTFM guy! (Read The Freakin Manual)

I didn't get a manual with this loco but I'll check online. Thanks.

But I don't know how that will help me if I don't know the address of the loco. It won't respond to any. That's why I was hoping for a manual reset.

Solved my problem. With NCE, you can program on the main which is what I was doing. I used the program track and was able to sort things out.
