E Espeefan Well-Known Member Jan 20, 2014 #2 Resettinng these decoders is generally done by programming CV8 to 8 or whatever your manual says to do. I am aware of no "reset button" on the decoder itself, though I don't own any Paragon models. RTFM guy! (Read The Freakin Manual)

cncproadwarrior North of the 49th Jan 20, 2014 #3 I didn't get a manual with this loco but I'll check online. Thanks. But I don't know how that will help me if I don't know the address of the loco. cncproadwarrior North of the 49th Jan 20, 2014 #4 Solved my problem. With NCE, you can program on the main which is what I was doing. I used the program track and was able to sort things out.
