Even though you bought insulfrog switches for your DCC you still may have to paint the frogs so they don't short. I have a lot of Peco insulfrog switches. If you look at where the front rails join the plastic frog you'll notice there's very little space between the rails. If your metal wheel should touch both rails a short will occur and the power will be turn off briefly. If you apply a little paint covering the rails, that are really to close together, your extending the insulated area and they'll be no short.

Clear fingernail polish works quite well too.
Virtually everyone finds that they must apply a coating to one of those frog rails close to the plastic insulating spacers because the rails are too close. Still, it is good of you to mention it.
A permanent fix is to cut through one of those rails and you will never have to worry about the time when another short heralds the demise of your coating treatment. If you cut one of those rails about where you left the front edge of the coating, you will have a cure that lasts as long as the turnout, itself.
