I'm trying to figure out the best way to paint the yellow stripes on the bottom of my GP9. I can't use decals verywell as the railing comes down into the area. On an old shell I tried by hand but yellow is a bit hard to cover not to mention I'm not as steady as I used to be

I could air brush it, but I'm not exactly sure the best way to mask it off. Suggestions???
Take the hand rails off then use a yellow decal stripe. That's what i did on my NKP RSD-5 that i am still working on.
I think the best way and easiest way would be to take the railings off and mask the unit then use an airbrush. You will get the best look with the airbrush.
take the railings off and mask it nice and simple.
If the unit is unpainted, paint the shell yellow along the sill, then mask that yellow off where it should remain, then paint the shell blue.
