Wow, is that not illegal in Mexico? That seems like the perfect way to get caught.
There are several others on there as well a video called A Train-ing Day where I confronted the guy about it and he and his pals seem to think its art.
I Flagged the video as it is a taped video of a crime being commited and they dont care. It used to be that you film yourself commiting a crime that the law was all over it but I guess YouTube is the exception to it as long as you post it there its no longer a crime.
Some people protect these guys rights of 'transgression'
I used to be involved with some people in the Left who actually argued that these guys should be allowed to do this stuff.

They'd say that we were attacking 'the Capitalists System'.
I'm not into this stuff at all now. Thank goodness for that---really bend the brain----

With mayors of large cities and police chiefs being assassinated by Mexican drug caretels, I imagine that railroad boxcar graffiti is pretty far down the list of enforcement priorities. The really sad thing is most of these kids will end up with leukemia in 20 years due to all the toxic fumes they inhale and absorb through their skin. BTW, the reason why you see them all wearing a glove on the hand they're painting with is not to keep clean. It's so, if the cops do show up, you can just peel off the glove and paint can at the same time and toss it. No incriminating paint on your hands and no fingerprints on the can.
