I didn't know Carey made a 2-10-2. Bowser had a really nice one.FROM CAREY A 2-10-2 .
OH! Carey the forum member not Carey the company.Lol careys sending one from the estate sale
&i know I need to stay away from MTH
Engines? Or years?no i have finally stopped after 30 lol
I understand, but I couldnt resist this one. My one and only MTH Locomotive. Had I waited I could have saved over $100!I have yet to be even tempted with an MTH. The name still leaves a bad taste in my mouth from the 1990s.
That's one of the chances you take with FOMO. You buy it now, and pay more, or wait a while, and risk not getting one at all.I understand, but I couldnt resist this one. My one and only MTH Locomotive. Had I waited I could have saved over $100!

But as I have said before, doesn't matter if they make the best loco, equipment, whatever in every way, or even the rare and illusive loco X I've always wanted and no one else makes them. I refuse to buy from a company that has no business morals.I understand, but I couldnt resist this one. My one and only MTH Locomotive. Had I waited I could have saved over $100!

I respect that, but I gave in to wanting to have something no one else was going to make.I refuse to buy from a company that has no business morals.
Sometimes you have to choose what hill to die on.I respect that, but I gave in to wanting to have something no one else was going to make.
I was in a similar position here in the U .K.. A locomotive I liked was £130.00 on pre-order. As it was built by a relatively newcomer I was wary on the reliability. On release those who bought then the price was £150.00. Shall I buy, shall I not?I understand, but I couldnt resist this one. My one and only MTH Locomotive. Had I waited I could have saved over $100!
