I know I dropped off the face of the earth a bit ago after posting that we were moving. And move we did. I even built out a room in the basement of the new house to put a layout in.
But then we decided that the house was just not quite big enough and that it was a little far out from the big city. So we found a nicer, larger house, much closer to the city and moved again. Luckily a lot of stuff was still boxed up, including most of my model railroad stuff.
The newest house has a basement that should work out for a medium sized layout once I get all the stuff we put into it sorted and moved out.
And I have my workbench setup in my office, so I can start building models again soon.
So now I get to start track planning all over again. Should be a good time. I hope to start spending more time on the forum again too.
