new york & alantic green

ok so i need a hunter green for nya!
what would the closest floquil color be??
there seems to be diffrent shades of green in the fleet
i want the darker green on #270

the nya is the freght train for long island

The #270 looks like it's pretty close to the old NYC Jade Green at http://www.modeltrainstuff.com/product_p/270-414370.htm. The other two units look like they were done in green chromate primer they picked up from Walmart.

Careful, if you order from www.modeltrainstuff.com I thought I was ordering floquil(enamel based) and when it cam it was actually polly scale(water based). I like the enamel based paints so much more than water based paints.

WELL..... on the nya forum at another site it was stated
that home depot sells a very nice hunter green in 5 gallon buckets
