Conrail Quality
I recently purchased an Atlas Conrail GP40-2 shell on Ebay. My plan was to replace an older silver series Atlas MoPac GP38 shell with this new Conrail shell. Well, with a little frame work, mainly on the front top of the frame under the cab, it was successful. I now have a “new”Conrail GP40-2 riding on an old GP38 frame.
The shell cost me $50. It’s missing the sun shades and what I believe to be the side mirrors/windows. It’s really detailed nice, way better than my older silver series ones.
I am looking for two more Atlas GP40-2’s or GP38-2’s or one of each. ( just the shells)
