I tried the stuff at the hobby store and it didn't work at all. I'm trying to glue a grass mat to plywood and I want it to stick permanently. Any suggestions?
I used 3M contact spray. It worked quite well. It's like 15$ for the good stuff. You have a minute or so before it sets up, so work fast!
If you REALLY want to use a grass mat, try latex caulk in a tube. Spread it out thin with a wide putty knife. The grass mat should stick fine to it but also allow you to tear it up withut wrecking the underlying surface.
