How can I contact Athearn for parts. I have a 2-8-0 that needs a bolt for the push rods on the right side. Anyone have their support number. Thanks
Bill, your best bet is to go through your local hobby shop and hopefully you got a good train guy to help you out. On the Athearn site you can email them and they will get back to you, but thats really all I can suggest. Welcome to the site! These guys here are very very helpful.
Bill, is this one of their current production models? If so, they'll probably ship you a pack of bolts for free. Call them at (310) 763-7140 and ask for parts.

Athearn never made a 2-8-0, not even in the before time..... is it a 2-8-2? If it's Athearn and it's a 2-8-0, you might need to order up a trailing truck too.
Andy
Thanks for the help. I sent an email to their parts department.
