N Scale Walthers GP38-2 Review and Decoder Install Tips

Here is a short video I did on the new Walthers GP38-2. This one ran very well out of the box. The second I ran had a slight growl to it but I think a shell removal and adjustment wold have fixed it and or some slight break-in time.
