There are a lot of expert modellers on this site and I have learned a lot from them.
Using what I learned from them and others, I have come up with my own methodology for these walls.
BTW, the "walls" are in fact styrene and not hydrocal. Shows you how much I know.
First pic shows the styrene when I first mark and cut it out.
Second pic shows the extruded foam carved out to receive the styrene walls.
Third pic shows completed walls.
