I just finished sculpting another 1/24th scale figure. This one is my brother Mark. I wanted to try a more interesting and natural pose this time, and I think it turned out pretty well. Here's one of the reference photos:

Dang, that's a great job. It would be kind of spooky to see myself in 1:24 scale sitting by the tracks. :)
 


I know how he did it! He took a big block of plastic and removed everything that didn't look like his brother!:eek::p

I use "Premo" brand polyclay, which is Sculpy's premium grade stuff. It's applied over an armature made of twisted aluminum foil. I'm currently writing an article about it for Garden Railways magazine.
