Here's the first half part of the second level of the futur layout, with also 22 meters long comparing to the 140 meters long of the final layout in 2010. Planning is still under work and my father has begun building it september 2008 in Strasbourg (East-France). Videoclip shows some german Märklin-trains in HO of the time III, IV & V :

Very creative video and nice trains. That is going to be a monster layout at 140 meters long. Is this a railroad club that's building the layout or just your dad? I'm sure it will be very impressive given the work I've already seen. The only suggestion I would make for the video is to slow down the trains to about half the speed used in the video. It makes it hard to see the details of the train when they are going by at the speed of sound.
Very nice M-track layout. I like the narrow shelf layout design. It's giving me ideas of something I can do in one of my spare bedrooms. Long live Marklin!!
