Have a updated "what-I-did" of the 2006 web article about lowering Mantua's 1860's boxcar to the more common side height.

WOW! That is way out of my league and I really don't worry so much about accuracy.

I do however admire the craftsmanship involved.

It appears there is only one page of your website, am I correct? Is the Pacific Coast Line Railway website still online?
 
Worked on a simplified Mantua Box lowering utilizing more of the original including paint.

The only thing added is the upper and lower roof guides. Only guides have to be painted. ELO'd the lettering which gives a weathered effect.
