sorry for the late reply. He's on facebook and I contact him through facebook messenger. He's pretty backed up. I sent him some rolling stock in June and he hasn't gotten to them yet.

First time back on here since mid August. Lots of work and traveling. Updates coming soon. Layout moving right along
 
Working on placement of trees, roadbed, ect the other day... Back home from 3 months on the road.

Glad to see you are back posting updates. I understand the traveling moved my daughter from San Francisco to Oregon, seven trips in six weeks each 1,100 round trip.

Anyway nice to see progress. What are you using for roadbed?

the woodland scenics track bed.... that's a lot of driving. I went from Florida to Wisconsin and back during my 3 month gap and that was a LONG drive each way... Hundreds of miles of nothing after being north of Tennessee.. Did catch a UP train hauling ass through an old deserted town...

Now that I am happy with placement of things, the roadbed has been glued down and track for most of the area has been anchored. Drilling the holes next for feeder wire and painting the ground and ground cover. I won't do anything against the wall side until the backdrop arrives and is put in...

As I wait for my backdrop to come in, I'll tease with another picture from a different angle of the creek. The ballasted road is still being spread and sorted but I'm very pleased thus far with how this small scene is turning out
