OK, I just laid out Pardee and Curtin's Sugar Creek Lumberyard at Aurtown and I'm looking for inspiration, so let's see your lumberyards. I'm especially looking for the way the buildings are laid out if you have multiple buildings.

You caught me off guard this time. I haven't taken any pics of mine for quite awhile. I'll have to do that tomorrow. Need to start a car Dealership thread next.

here's mine:

Its the walthers kit, I just don't like it that much over all. my layout as a whole needs to come down and start over along with the building style also doesn't fit will for the northeast.

For the Northeast, I think I'd build it in the closed configuration to keep snow off the lumber. Why do you dislike the kit? It seems like it's pretty decent for a plastic item. I like the office, which if I'm not mistaken, they sell separately now.

The kit works it's just a western style not a northeast style so it doesn't fit with my over all plans. Plus I need to add a dock to it for other types of loads

There might be buildings like that around, just all the one's I've been to for work are a center post building with a roof and access from both sides so a fork lift can move the lumber around the yard.

Well I just posted one of these on the cities and town tread but it's the best I have of my lumber yard. The one house is suppose to be the office. This thing needs a couple of hours to finish and I just never get to it!
