Layout Videos

I finally got the 4pin to 4pin cable I needed to download stuff from my camera.. I did this tonite. PLEASE excuse the background noise.. The TV was only 2 feet away from the camera, and I forgot to turn it off. OOps! I'll do better next time. Im pretty much just playing with the camera and seeing what works and what doesnt...etc etc etc so dont be too hard on it!

Hi VA3Tom
That's a great layout. How did you get the video to come out so clear.
Nice work Tom.

Thanks George!

I think it's mostly luck. It was a cheap camera, fixed focus lens, writes the file to an SD card. The room is lit with flourecents, so the auto balance in the camera works well. I also ran the train fairly slow.

I posted this message separately on the forum, but thought I should add it to this thread, too.

I've posted a number of videos of my HO scale CP Rail Manitoba & Minnesota Subdivsion on YouTube.

The CP Rail M & M Sub. is a double deck layout set in the mid-1990s in Manitoba and Minnesota.

A mixed freight from Duluth, MN to Winnipeg arriving at Morgantown Yard on the lower level of the CP Rail Manitoba & Minnesota Subdivision. It can be found at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pvVwfPzuf5Y
