So i was putting some containers in my walthers articulated well cars, and noticed some of them lean to one side pretty bad, what would be a correct way to fix this issue?

Uh -oh. I was considering getting those. Though not the articulated kind, so...
Is the truck attached by a screw? If so, try tightening that a bit, it might help (though it may also interfere somewhat with how well the cars take corners). I've never experienced this problem so I can only guess.
i tried tightening the ruck screw but as you said it interferes. no all the cars do it like 3 out of the 5 cars do. I havent tried any of the other walthers or athearns i got so i dunno if its just these or what the deal is.

What you might want to try is making sure that the cars are as balanced as possible. If that doesn't work I think I've seen leaning container cars in layout photos before, it's probably somewhat common. There may not be a reasonable fix to this problem.
You can't have any lite weight cars in the middle. All of my containers & well cars have added weights. In the containers I added magnets in the bottoms & metal strips in the top so they stay together in the turns. I can also switch them around w/out fitting problems or cars that are to lite.

I use the NMRA standard adding weight to the bottom containers only. The real challenge are the spline cars. Not enough places to get weight low for a good C of g.
I use magnets that are pretty heavy in the bottoms & a lite weight metal strip in the top.
I've almost never had any problems w/cars tipping over. I don't use NMRA standards. I use to. I just make all of them the same weight. I've got 44 well cars & 30 spine cars. the only way to add weights to a spine car is add the weights to the trailer. All of my trailers weigh the same. Don't have a scale to prove that, but they don't tip over.
Hm.. I'm actually having a similar problem with a completely different type of car.
I've got a 100t grain hopper car that's been a real pain when it comes to the fine details. One side 's coupler is up too high, and the whole thing leans to one side for some inexplicable reason.
I didn't think I was that bad at assembling kits. I mean, my first one was easy.
