Is it ever going to Warm Up?

Larry,
I hope it warms up down there by April, we are headed to Miami for spring break....it would nice to be able to swim in the ocean with the kids.

Me being a Dive Master and all....water is still in the 50s on west coast....low 60s on the east coast.....

It's supposed to warm up by next weekend the 13th, but I won't beleive it till I see it or feel it. Then it's probably going to get cold, cold again. I don't think it got over 70* during the day since the week before Christmas & the low has been 16* & that lasted for about 12 hrs. which was a wipe-out for the farmers in Miami, Immokalle, Labelle & all the way up to the Ga., Fla. line. The water temp. in Miami is 50* & that's low for this time of the year. Then when it starts warming up I'll start complaining about the awful heat which they say is going to be the worse summer in history as far as heat & humidity.
