Independence (and Canada) Day Photo Fun

There's two WPF's for this weekend, this one seems to be the more busy one, so here goes...

Made a trip to Albuquerque NM (well, really Corrales NM) for the 4th, to seem my sister's family, and my Mom who was going to be visiting as well.

On the Sunday the 5th we rode up to Santa Fe NM, where I shot the Santa Fe Southern train leaving on its scenic loop.

On the way home, I stopped in Gallup NM to catch a coal train with two ES44AC's & two SD70ACe's on the head end. There was a UP AC4400 and BNSF SD70MAC on DPU at the rear as well.

One final stop trying to use the last light (not the best angle ), in Williams AZ (yes, home to the Grand Canyon Railway!).

Yep. Also, they are VERY railfan friendly. Many will call or stop in to see what is running. All the Alcos are now gone
