Anyone able to identify this freight truck and its applications?

Thanks Jim, I have a set of these that were on a GN. Aux. water tender but replaced them years ago with a set of plastic Andrews trucks when they kept shorting out,most likely one of the wheel sets were reversed.
I'm right now playing with the idea of using them to replace the 6 wheel trucks on a spare vanderbilt tender. I have I seen where these have been used on some tenders though I'm not to sure about a vandy. I do have this picture of a GN. vanderblit with Andrews trucks so we'll just have to see which looks best.
