I need Tugboat infromation

I'm building a CNR tugboat for my club's layout and I need some infromation from the October 1999 issue Of Railroad Model Craftsman. Does anyone have it? (it has an article on Cn tug #6)
I need to know the paint scheme of the tug when it was originally in service. I already know that the hull was black and and superstructure was white. I need to know the color of the funnel and doors.
 
The one color photo in the article shows the funnel Floquil Signal red and the doors Floquil Amour Yellow, as described in the text. The doors appear to be orange in the photo though. Hope this helps!
 
Thanks that does. Just two more questions:
When is the photo dated?
Is there any Canadian National insignia on the tug?
