Need opinions please, colour is getting close, but I think a wash will be better than the spray? Thoughts?

Similar roof colour to what I want. Might repaint blue or green then try a grey wash ?

Looks awesome, I love this, but I agree a wash would look better than a spray, maybe 2 or 3 just to take the "newness" out of the paint, and a greywash for the roof, would give it some "age".

Thanks Smudge, I agree wholeheartedly! When looking at it in the garage, it looks pretty good but the camera brings out the flaws for sure !

I wouldn't say that, it's just looks "new", and I know that's not quite the effect you want

Nothing fancy Smudge, but when I attempt again, I am going to try and weather some black streaks on the roof at the same time.

I found if your using powders a small dry sponge can be used to good effect.

I think I will glue my windows in next, will have to grab glue this week, then repaint the roof with the windows together.
